Your youth development program consists of a youth academy and a dedicated scouting network. When your youth scouts find new players, they are signed into your youth academy. Once per week, players can be promoted from your youth academy, and may be offered a professional contract. Levels 1-4 provides one prospect per week, level 5-7 provides two and level 8-10 provides three per week. On average, the higher your youth development, the more talented your new youths will be.

The medical centre at your club is an off-stadium facility composed of specialists dedicated to the care and healing of your injured players. By raising the level of your medical centre, you can hire more medical specialists and increase the odds of reducing the length of player injuries by two, instead of one, on League Game day. For each level of Medical Center, the chances of injuries being reduced by two, instead of one, will increase by 10%. As a consequence of the highly skilled and specialised staff and the expensive equipment needed, a medical center is a very expensive facility in terms of both expansion costs and weekly maintenance.
